Andrea Corr

Andrea Jane Corr is an Irish singer, musician and actress. Corr was first noticed in 1990 with The Corrs, a Celtic rock group The Corrs, alongside Caroline Sharon Jim. Andrea Corr is Irish singer-songwriter musician. The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire was bestowed upon her and she is also well-known as the leader of The Celtic Folk and Pop-Rock group The Corrs. Andrea plays a variety of musical instruments and is the singer of The Corrs. Andrea started her career acting in 1991. She later became an actor and musician. Andrea was voiced by the character of The Quest for Camelot, an animated Warner Bros. cartoon film released in 1998. Andrea is the owner of six studio albums to her credit, as well as two compilation albums, four live albums and an album of mix. Also, she has received the recognition she deserves for her work with charities. Andrea along with her husband who is a stockbroker have two kids. Andrea's first music lesson was to master the Tin horn. Gerry helped her learn to play piano. Andrea also is a ukulele player. Andrea spent the majority of her teenage life honing and perfecting her singing skills. She would practice with her siblings and eventually earned the position that of lead singer for the band. Andrea was a pupil in Dun Lughaidh Convent and participated in many school productions.
